Since 2013, we have become a symbol of innovation and professionalism in the real estate sector.
We started with two offices – in Sofia and Blagoevgrad. In 2015, we entered into a franchise partnership with the international network ERA, which marked the beginning of a new chapter in our history. In 2022, we left this partnership as the most prominent office in Sofia, proving our ability to be leaders in the industry.
In the following years, we expanded our presence with the opening of an office in Plovdiv. There, in a short time, we managed not only to establish ourselves as leaders, but also to re-educate the entire industry. We opened an office in Varna in 2023, where we are already establishing ourselves as a standard for quality and innovation, and this year we opened another office in Sofia and Plovdiv.

He wrote the first-of-its-kind book for brokers, “Close Deals Like Crazy”, which was reprinted this year due to overwhelming interest. His second book on real estate investing, “Get Rich with 8,333 Leva per Hour”, ranked among the most-read titles at Ciela and has already sold nearly 4,000 copies.
He is the creator of the first real estate seminar of its kind in Bulgaria – “Get Rich with Real Estate”. Over the years, he has conducted hundreds of real estate consultations and has led numerous webinars.
He was also a TedX speaker.
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, he is the founder of Building Box, with offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna, and leads a team of more than 70 people.
He participated as a lead consultant in the real estate reality series “Sofia at Home”, even playing himself in one of the episodes, and has made dozens of public appearances across various media: TV, radio, and social networks.
