we
Since 2013, we have become a symbol of innovation and professionalism in the real estate sector.
We started with two offices – in Sofia and Blagoevgrad. In 2015, we entered into a franchise partnership with the international network ERA, which marked the beginning of a new chapter in our history. In 2022, we exited this partnership as the most prominent office in Sofia, proving our ability to be industry leaders.
In the following years, we expanded our presence by opening an office in Plovdiv. There, in a short time, we managed not only to establish ourselves as leaders but also to completely redefine the industry standard.
We marked 2023 with the opening of an office in our seaside capital – Varna, and in 2024, we decided to open two more new offices – in Sofia and Plovdiv.
Our leader – Dimitar Kalaidjiev – is the most well-known real estate broker in Bulgaria, with over 130,000 followers on social media.
He authored the first book of its kind for brokers, “Close Deals Like Crazy”, which was reprinted this year due to overwhelming interest. His second book on real estate investing, “Get Rich with 8,333 Leva per Hour”, became one of the most-read titles at Ciela, with nearly 3,000 copies sold.
He is the creator of the first real estate seminar of its kind in the country – “Get Rich with Real Estate”, and over the years he has conducted hundreds of real estate consultations, as well as numerous webinars.
He has also been a TedX speaker.
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, he is the founder of Building Box, with offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna, and leads a team of over 70 people.
He participated as the lead consultant in the broker-focused TV series “Sofia at Home”, where he played himself in one of the episodes, and he has made dozens of public appearances in various media: TV, radio, and social networks.
