we
Since 2013, we have become a symbol of innovation and professionalism in the real estate sector. We started with two offices – in Sofia and Blagoevgrad. In 2015, we entered into a franchise partnership with the international network ERA, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our history. In 2022, we exited that partnership as the top-performing office in Sofia, proving our ability to be industry leaders.
In the following years, we expanded our presence by opening an office in Plovdiv. There, in a short period of time, we not only established ourselves as leaders but also completely redefined the standard in the industry. We marked 2023 with the opening of an office in our maritime capital – Varna, and in 2024 we decided to open two more new offices – in Sofia and in Plovdiv.
Our leader – Dimitar Kalaidzhiev – is the most well-known broker in Bulgaria with over 130,000 followers on social media. He wrote the first of its kind book for brokers “Make Deals Like Crazy”, which was reissued this year due to massive interest. His second book on real estate investments “Get Rich with 8,333 BGN per Hour” became one of the most-read titles from Ciela, with nearly 3,000 copies sold.
He is the creator of the first real estate seminar of its kind in the country – “Get Rich with Real Estate” and over the years, he has conducted hundreds of real estate consultations, as well as numerous webinars. He has also been a speaker at TedX.
With over 10 years in the real estate industry, he is the founder of Building Box with offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna and leads a team of over 70 people. He has participated as the main consultant in the broker series “Sofia at Home,” playing himself in one of the episodes, and has made dozens of public appearances in various media outlets: television, radio, and social networks.

Building-Box - Plovdiv
In 2022, we opened an office in. Plovdiv. We quickly established our mission and vision in the market and changed the pace in the second largest city.
Building-Box - Varna
In 2023, we officially opened an office in our maritime capital. We already have representation in the largest cities in Bulgaria and we are ready to change the ideology of the market.
